-ESPN.com ranked the Pittsburg Penguins as the #1 team in the East, with the Toronto Maple Leafs ranked second last in the conference.
-The Raptors have signed Will Solomon and he will play behind Jose Calderon and Roko Ukic. I could be wrong but this may be the first time in NBA history that a team will play three former Euroleague point guards. This signing will also be the last off-season move of Bryan Colangelo, as he was quoted as saying simply, "That's it,"
-Ron Artest will be teaming up with Yao Ming, Tracy Mcgrady et al, in Houston to form another one of the many "big threes" in the NBA.
